"BIKE 7C" 4-Hours Mantathan Water fall, Suthep road biking from Chiang Mai
Strong cyclists enjoy the ride to the well know Mantathan waterfalls and continue climbing to the famous Wat Suthep
Monthatan Waterfall Ride
We bike towards Suthep Mountain just west of Chiang Mai, where we embark on a challenging ascent towards the Mantha Than Waterfalls, which is located up Suthep mountain. This climb requires stamina, but the refreshing and invigorating dip in the cool waters of the waterfall makes it all worthwhile. Following a brief rest and some nourishment, we leisurely make our way down the slope, moving towards the southern region along the foothills. Along the way, we stop to explore Wat Umong, where we can bask in the lush, verdant scenery and the natural beauty of Chiang Mai City.
For those who are feeling more energetic, there is an option to take a two-hour climb towards the Doi Suthep Temple after the Mantha Than Waterfall. The temple is located at the 1200m elevation and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding areas. After spending some time exploring the temple and indulging in a delicious lunch, we begin our descent back to Chiang Mai, with the wind in our hair and the memories of a thrilling adventure etched in our minds.
